Hi I contacted you about ten days ago to hear about my shipment that I’ve been waiting for over a month. Unfortunately no one has been able to tell me yet why the package is still in China when both the seller and the tracking notes appears to be directed to Italy. As you will notice the package has been stationary for 14 days in China after wandering for a month. So here I am trying to understand:
how and who should I solicit to have my order sent?
Can you consider my complaint and start the package? Who should I contact to send the order?

Hi Tia,

e-packet to Italy is slow at present. I suggest you wait for more days to see it arrives in Italy.

Hello I contact you for clarification about a shipment. The tracking code is LZ953950934CN .
It left on 06/07 from Guangzhou and then reached the international airport on 12/07 after the customs release and finally left. I expected it to arrive in Italy or at least in Europe instead the expedition reappears 18 days after 30/07 to Chuli Zhongxin again in China.
Now I would like to understand if there was any mistake, if I have to expect to see the shipment arrive sooner or later or if it is appropriate to request a refund from the seller who sent it to me.
