RF511712235CN - Is this item damaged or stuck in shipping company

Please can you tell me what has now happened to this item. I know it's still in China according to you but has not moved since the 22nd Jan and I need to know if the item has been returned to send or repacked and awaiting shipment out of China

According to the tracking result, it didn't pass the customs check in Shenzhen and still in Shenzhen Exchange Bureau waiting for checking again. You'd better contact the sender and let him call China Post to ask what happened to it. Only the sender could get official answer from China Post as he knows the information China Post requires.
