I have returned a product that I had bought from ALI Express, from Greece to China from 18/3/2026. My package has arrived in China on 30/3/2026 and has been in your service all this time, (Shenzhen 51810349, to be submitted to the customs by the recipient, [Shenzhen International Customs Broker], Tel: 0755-26755971). I want you to tell me why my package has been stuck all this time and if I should do something myself or if I should demand that the seller (recipient) do something. Thank you very much in advance.

for three weeks now since the parcel arrived at your city.
Recipient already submitted the declaration materials and receipt to the customsfor past one week now, but than the situation hasn't changed at all. How long should I wait? I really want to know what's going on here. Please help me.
