Shipment in customs

Hello, could you help me to know where exactly my package is? I know they remain customs, but I have not received any information updates and the receiver in China said that they cannot help me with anything. Furthermore, I don't know if the problem in customs is due to taxes, wrong address, forbbiden item, anything. These are the tracking codes, RX110103118JP and RX110610914JP. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kareen_9228,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

If the receiver in China doesn't cooperate. It may be returned back later or processed by the customs in their way.

Tracking number EF235062479ES, shipment sent from Spain to Fuzhou. When arrived to Fuzhou, customs didn't allow to import because invoice value was upper than RMB 1000 and shipment was returned to Spain. I have a problem with a shipment that, according to the shipment information, should have been delivered to me on October 15, 2021. To this day I have not received this shipment. It can be assumed that the shipment is at the customs office. But until today I have not received any notification and therefore I do not know where and at which customs office the package was delivered.
