Shipping possibilities using train road

Hello,
I heard that one month ago Europe received parcels using train road. This is new project start between China and Lithuania, and also between all European countries. That is very good news that finally China and Europe can use train roads to deliver goods.

But my question is, how I can use this service? How to send LCL container from China to Lithuania using this new shipping option?
