Dears,
I didn't receive the following parcels yet. Please inform me about the status, and how to track them outside China.
04917594767 - about three months ago
06290429683 - about ten days ago

Hi Mostafa Mansour,

These two parcels are China Post ordinary parcels. They are not registered so China Post don't provide tracking service for it.

If you couldn't receive then with in three months, better ask you money back if this is what you bought in China. This kind of parcel is easy to be lost on the way because of no registration.

Hi China Post, I have sent two parcels from Australia to China tracking EH101522828AU in September and EH101602089AU in November. Both have been pending customs clearance in China. Is there anything wrong or just a delay? When can they be delivered?

Hello, I would like to request help checking the status of my two parcels.

Tracking numbers:
CP556342818CN
CP553952112CN

Both parcels were shipped with China Post SAL and have been in transit with no clear update for a long time. I understand that international shipping can have delays, especially to Brazil, but I need more detailed information because these parcels are important and I need them before June 20-23.

Please check with the carrier if possible and confirm:

1. Have the parcels already left China?
2. Are they still waiting for a flight?
3. Are they stuck at export customs?
4. Is there any issue with the parcels?
5. Is there any estimated time for the next update?

I am not asking for a guaranteed delivery date, I just need a clearer status update because I am worried about the long delay.
