Stuck at Guangzhou customs

Hi, a parcel I've returned to the seller is currently in Guangzhou Customs (as per the tracking) but has been there since 6th November!! Is this correct and normal? Tracking number :RN476853322GB

Hi Unreal,

It's stuck at Guangzhou customs since 6th November. You'd better let the seller contact Guangzhou customs to check it. The seller may have got a notice about how to get it.

My package EJ254242853AU has been stuck at GUANGZHOU customs for three weeks now. Any idea when it might clear customs? It is being delivered to an address in Guangzhou.
