My package is still undelivered. It says because of the failed delivery attempt. What should I do? Help , it's been in my city for a long time! What do I do? How will I get them to deliver it to me again!

I sent a package with irreplaceable documents, and they have been undelivered.
The tracking website states that the address or name is wrong, I assure you that they are correct. The address was written in English, so it is possible that the courier couldn't read or try to translate the English and simply said it was wrong instead of trying to deliver it. The failed delivery was on Friday the 31st, and the website said that they would try again the next working day. It is now Wednesday the 5th and no attempt has happened.
The package was sent from Thailand 13 days ago, I paid extra for a fast EMS delivery, tracking number EE201168382TH.
I need this package to arrive and I am shocked at the lack of communication from the Chinese Postal Service. If there was a problem, why was I not contacted?
