I have placed an order on 31st August 2021 and it's been more than 15days but still I haven't received it. Can I exactly know where it is and when will I receive it? My tracking no. RF770590952SG

Do you have any idea exactly when I'll be receiving my package??it's been more than a week my order has despatched but still nothing has been done. Can you please contact them and tell them to deliver as soon as possible
