i have bought from Ali Express and when i enter the tracking number it gives me details about its place but what i want to know is where to receive the item from Iraq i mean iraq is not small country so how can i solve this i also want to know if i can directly contact them

I think you must have left your contact telephone number in Ali Express. If you have contact number and detailed address in Ali Express account, the seller will paste it on shipment waybill.

The carrier will contact you by phone and tell you the place to pick up the parcel.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
