Will i ever receive my item?

Hi!
Both of my item's is stuck in transit for almost 2 months and haven't updated. Does this mean that i will never receive my item or will it eventually arrive but it will just take longer time?

Hi bariz,

They are stuck in the middle location now. If you couldn't receive them before October 15, it's not normal. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
