Why are my parcels always returned?

Hi, I try to recieve a parcel, but it always getsreturned to sender:

Hi Oliver,

They didn't pass the customs check and was returned back to the seller. The seller has got it on August 22 and September 17 seperately. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send them again to you) as soon as possible.

I’ve got two parcels that constantly change of status, they’ve been returned to security 3 times already while being at the same place. (That is Guangzhou). They changed the status to “Deliverred to air transport” but this happened before and they were returned for a second time to security. Could you please explain me what’s happening?

Parcels returned to China and we don't know what to do (6 replies)

We have send 5 parcels with personal things from Hangzhou to Bahrain in January. In a few months the parcels got send back. China post said the reason is that Bahrain didn't accept it. Now Bahrain does accept parcels from China, but China post said THEY don't send abroad at the moment. Should we wait? Or is it better just to ask for refund?
