My package has been held in customs for one month and I do not know what additional information is needed. Would like to determine if my son can expect deliver?

Hi Colleen,

It's waiting the receiver to pay for the tax now. You need to let your son pay for it in time. Or, it will be returned back.

This is quite frustrating now.
Package EH027948155NL was known to be stuck in customs and awaiting tax payment. I contacted the receiver and apparently they were told they needed the logistics carrier to contact customs to advise what was in the package even though I sent it with the customs form.
