Hi michelle,

If it's stuck at the customs for a long time, it should be waiting the receiver to pay for the tax or declare to the customs. The receiver should contact the customs to ask.

This is quite frustrating now.
Package EH027948155NL was known to be stuck in customs and awaiting tax payment. I contacted the receiver and apparently they were told they needed the logistics carrier to contact customs to advise what was in the package even though I sent it with the customs form. What are the contact details of China customs so I can try sort this.
