Hi, my package (tracking number EB741063049CN) supposedly departed by air from Guangzhou Baiyun to London Heathrow airports. It has been nearly a week and there have been no updates since. Has the item left Guangzhou Baiyun, or is it either still in transit or waiting to be processed by UK customs?

For more context, it's an EMS package from AliExpress. I've been speaking regularly with the seller and have made clear that I want them to reimburse me the shipping costs (£18.78) if the item is not delivered by this Saturday (15 days after the handover to China Post).

It's hard for you to get it before Saturday. It's still in China waiting for the flight now. It takes more days to get it. You can contact the seller to compensate you if it couldn't been delivered with the promised time.

Hi Daisy. I fully intend on doing so. It feels like a bit of a scam, paying for China Post's "Express" service only for 4PX's standard E-packet service (which I normally use for AliExpress) to be quicker.
