Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.
The first four packages are already in Germany, were stated as being delivered, but did not arrive. Later it appears as delivered, but at midnight and to the delivery base, but NOT to my address! I would like to receive these packages myself!
Can you please tell me why I haven't received the packages and where they are currently?
Will DPD deliver in Germany? ... as the seller told me.
Could you please arrange for all the packages to be delivered to me! After delivery, the seller can take back his refund.

My name is Vondetra Harris and I did not receive items that I ordered on November 6, 2025 from Airris USA. The China Post tracking numbers are ZA03228365701 and ZA03228302501. Per Airris USA, China Post shipped the packages and they arrived at a distribution facility in Houston, Texas on December 3, 2025 at 7:46am. I need the name, address, and phone number for the distribution center my packages were delivered to and the tracking numbers they assigned to my packages. Your website shows that I received my packages, but I did not. I never received an email from China Post or the courier you delivered my packages to stating that my packages had been delivered. If you have documentation from this courier, please email it to me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in resolving this important matter.

Have yet to receive my packages. There is no reason for why my packages are taking so long. Especially since I have recieved other orders from the same and other countries already, a month or more after these three packages. With this delay you are going to cause companies to loose money because you can't ship within a reasonable amount of time. I was told to ask for a refund and to keep the items when they do arrive if ever, if not received by july 15, 2020. Where are my packages at? Why is it taking so long? It should not take over a month to quarantine items. Stop contaminating them with new items effected. This is really making me made to the point i will never order from china again.
