How can I report a company in China who have been messing me about since November. Item paid for and three times delivered to an address in Ireland instead of the Uk ?

I’ve requested a refund but was told Covid has left them struggling and could only resend and not refund.
So far, since December the item has gone to Ireland twice and Birmingham once. The company is “Beproebayer”

You can let others know the company here to remind others. For refund, you can try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
