Lost packages

Hi, in November 2017 we ordered 2 pairs of shoes that cost $237 for the shoes and $7.00 Australian dollars exchange rate.
At time of purchase, my brother gave wrong email address and we are not able to track the packages.
The only information I have is the payment number from our bank which is 74311317327
We hope this information is able to assist.

Sorry, it couldn't be tracked if there is no tracking number.

EMS tracking says:

Track24 says the same thing, but also:
- Added to database 03.02.2018 15:18:46 ??? (one day after "Return")???
- Last update 13.02.2018 11:04:34
- Estimated delivery period 26.02.2018 - 18.03.2018
- Route China -> Czech
- Type of package Express Shipping EMS

The seller answers the question: Did the shipment come back to you? (2018-02-07)
"the parcel is already in your local place.
could you please contact your local EMS service to see what is going on.
because I can not contact them, it depend on your local service now.

Czech Post tracking says: (2018-02-13)
29.1.2018 The consignment was sent to the Czech Republic.
27.1.2018 The consignment was sent for transportation.
And the operator says: "It's a long time for the EMS shipment."

Can you please find out where the shipment really is:
- is really returned
- is somewhere on the way
- is lost

I ordered boots from muckxster and I received an email with the tracking number on 11-20-2019, We have sent your order by China Post or China Post EMS, the certain shipping time depends on the different countries.
The tracking No. is: LW872109548CN. I received a scarf and I ordered 8 pair of shoes and this is the email I got from the seller, Dear customer,
Sorry for the situation.
We shipped out the item you ordered in a good faith.
Hope you can understand it's the express company mixed the package, I received a second email from the seller,
Dear customer,
Sorry for the trouble.
We forwarded the correct product(s) and your delivery information to the express company.
They packed and shipped it out.
It was them who mixed the parcel but our company is not at fault. This is the order number and Order Information PS1911142302215043. and the tracking number is LW872109548CN and what I received was a scarf. Please investigate where you shipped my package a let me know what you will do to fix it. THANKS LEE
