Dear sir or madam,
I hope this question finds you well.
I would like to inquire about the whereabouts of my packet (tracking number EE008795633CH) which travelled from Switzerland to Shanghai fairly quickly but seems to be stuck in customs for more than 10 days now. If you could reassure that the packet is still set to being processed or whether there is any action required from my side, that would be appreciated.
