My parcels LP088636315CN and LP088636298CN statuses both say that they have been received by carrier twice, what does it mean? Did it finally leave China?

Been waiting over a month for a package from China
It’s a small package tracking number is
LV583921082CN
When tracking it shows received by carrier on two seperate dates 07-10 and 12-10-2020
I contacted the shop they’d said it is in Australia. How ever I don’t believe them. I tried calling. There was no translator to help find my package.
Please tell me where it is

They are in China waiting for the flight now. Just wait for more days to get update.
