Hi!!!
I hace a doubt about a package.
The status changed from received by the carrier to flight departure and then to received by the carrier once more.
Does it means it is in muy country or it was returned?

It means it's still in China waiting for the flight now. It takes more days to leave China.

Hi, my package has been stuck on "received by the carrier" for 14 days now. I am having the updates very late, as I had the "received by the carrier - 10 Feb 12:41" update on Feb 22nd. It is normal? Can you check where is my package at the moment?
It supposed to be coming from China to Turkey. I offered it off DHGate with the number:
