Track the order without waybill

Our shop from China has sent us a parcel to Greece, Crete, but doeasnt have the waybill/tracking number.
The address on the parcel is:

Hi Marios Vintzilaios,

Sorry, we couldn't know the tracking number. You need to require the seller to provide you with the tracking number. They have it.

I tried tracking my waybill number at the USPS online tracker, the waybill in not correct. they said it should began with two letters followed by nine numbers and ends with two letters. mine has an extra letter in the beginning QBS829202669CD.
