I am asking for help to resolve this issue. I have not received any additional information from CPS on status and the package has not been delivered.
How do I determine what the problem is and how to resolve it?
How can I initiate an immediate return of the package to me?

i have a parcel from banggood that has not showed any updates for a long time now it just keeps say the same thing over again i have tried everything for more info on whats going on including checking with the local post office . I was asked to do this by banggood with no luck. maybe you can give me a little information hopefully thank you if not. this is the package tracking number i have. AS400594781CN
The recipient needs to contact the Suzhou customs to check it as soon as possible. It has been retaiend there for over a month.
