I think that the service that was in charge of sending my parcel cheated and didn't send the whole order. Can you give me details about the exact weight of my order?

I have some boxes to be shipped from China to Turkey, by China post air parcel. shall i follow the scaled weight or chargeable weight?
One box size is: 61*36*36cm. Scaled weight is 5kg, how to calculate chargeable weight please?
