Dear, in almost three months an order was made at Allie Express, according to their tracking site my order would have arrived in Belgium destination country, but my post office can not find anything out of this, even if I had contact with seller and customs, but without result , from November 2 nothing has changed status, please hopefully say something more about me Thank you regards De Jong Carine

Do you mean your order was made three months ago? But according to the tracking result it was sent by the seller on Oct. 27. It usually takes one or two months for it to reach Belgium for China Post small packet. It left China on Nov. 2 and on the way to Belgium now. There will be further update when it arrives in your country.
If you couldn't get it within three months, it may be lost. You'd better open an dispute to AliExpress to get refund.
