Hi there, I ordered some goods from TaoBao.com. Used a company to collect all the products together and sent out as one parcel. The tracking number they gave to me is AG435625820CN. They sent me a link to track. It shows the parcel was pass to UPS in US on 11/17. I used your website to tracking. The last statement showing is 11/09 and nothing afterwards. So, I wondering is this tracking number real? Why I can’t find any information after 11/09? Please help
