Hi, I have returned an order that did not meet my expectations. I have sent the package from Sweden and can see that it has arrived in China (message from Swedish PostNord: "23 Aug 13:18, CN. The shipment is cleared by us.") The supplier says that they did not receive my return and I do not know what I can or have to do in order to solve this. I order a parcel through China post and says it has been delivered on the 4th of November to my mail box but still nothing! Which was supposed to transfer over to Canada post but they have no clue as to the tracking number in there system thanks
