Hi, I’m a little confused, my parcel said on the 19/05/ Exported from the departure country, it then tells me that custom clearance denied on the 27/06 at 1.19, then it says at 6.45 it was exported from departure company. So can you definitely say it is now on a plane/ boat on the way to the uk and if so how long will it take now.
