Parcels have arrived in Chengdu but unable to locate them.

I posted 2 parcels to my daughter in Chengdu.....CN001530849ZA and CN001528448ZA they both show they have been delivered but to date my daughter has not taking delivery of them. When I made enquiries in South Africa they told me that they were delivered at location 61113009 on the 27/12/2016. My daughter is desperately trying to locate this post office location. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in this matter.

You'd better let your daughter call China Post service number 11185 to reflect the problem. Or call 028-82760810 to connect Xiangyang Road subbranch of China Post in Wenjiang District. As they couldn't speak English, you'd better let your daughter to ask help for her Chinese friend to make the call.
