Hi Luqum,

You'd better contact Kenya customs to ask if you need to declare or do something to get it released. If you couldn't, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.
