2 parcels says " held in customs" from 2 weeks

i sent 2 parcels to china 2 weeks ago and still both shows as " held in customs" please help , these are return items

Hi navinsheart86,

They were both held at the customs. The recipients should got a notice about how to get them. You'd better contact the recipients in China to ask.
