Hi, can you please check on my tracking no, it shows "Held by customs (Import)" since 22 May 2020, until today there's no any update.

It's still retained by Ningbo customs now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
